  The drive thru staff were super sweet! Used app and ordered food and coffee for 4 in the crew. Busy day in drive thru but moved swiftly and the fries fresh and hot! Coffee was on point all ordered!

  They need to upgrade the women's and men's bathrooms. The women's stall smells like sewer. Please update your bathrooms. Im pretty sure no one wants to smell like garbage!!

  Cold food delivered after an hour of waiting just to get told that its not their fault...... worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

  Okay I have decided to officially leave a review because EVERY single time I order at this location, they forget something OR "forget" your paid extras. Even ordering through Door Dash doesn't spare you and their response was to "come pick it back up or order again through DoorDash and they will add forgotten item in new order". The forgetting of food is so out of control that we decided to test just how frequent it was. FIVE out of the last seven orders they had forgot something. 5/7. Tonight was the worst yet - The line was so long and slow that it ended up blocking so people couldn't pull in. It took 31 minutes to reach the 2nd window. YES, thirty one minutes, in which they ended up parking me as they waited for my last sandwich. 6 minutes later they came out with my bags - I was missing the very sandwhich they PARKED ME for.😂 I go in and feel bad because the lady was kind but clearly had to pull most of the work load --- as the staff was maybe 3 or 4 workers on a Saturday night. I get it near immediately and hurry out to my spot because there was a line of cars trying to pull in to the designated "parking spots" to wait for food. I get home and notice that 2 of the 4 fries were mediums and not larges. I took the loss at that point because there was no way I was going back there. I told my family that the experiment is over and we will never be going back to that location. KEY POINTS: Short staffed. Extremely long wait times through drivethru. Frequent food mishaps (forgotten food). Rarely remember to do paid extras. Food is a gamble between VERY old over-salted fries or undercooked barely-salted fries, dried out beef patties, over-cooked nuggets & chicken breast burgers that are browned, dry & maybe 1/3rd the size that you see on the menu. ON THE PLUS SIDE: Staff is usually very kind.
