Order should have been delivered by 6 pm. It's 7:40 pm, email says order is delayed, app says that Safeway hasn't even STARTED to shop for my order. Then the customer service phone system left me on hold for over 10 minutes...Twice! I gave up and canceled the order. Walmart delivers every time! I appreciate Safeway's pharmacy, that's the only reason for 2 stars.

Sorry, we were such an nuisance for asking! I don't understand how a person in charge gets away with talking to customers this way. Then when I called to ask for corporates number he hung the phone up! Do better Safeway! I shop here daily and this is the first time in years I've been treated like this! Don't be a manager if you are going to be a jerk.
