Called twice to Aberdeen Safeway, and after being told the selection for departments, none of the selections worked! Had to go thru these options three times before they rang customer service for me. No one answered-twice! I think a new phone answering service needed!

I use the pharmacy here until recently. This pharmacy is way over their heads, whether it be from being short staffed or just extremely slow. Either way it is not a legitimate excuse for take 1-2 weeks to fill prescriptions for their customers, especially vitally important prescriptions. Pain sufferers should NOT have to suffer due to these internal store issues, patients with mental health issues or Cardiac patients shouldn't have to wait to achieve relief from the medications not being filled in a timely manner. The staff is far from friendly and lack compassion. The lack of the ability to fill prescriptions in a timely manner regardless of the reason ( too many flu shots came in 1 day) is both dangerous it is also quite unprofessional. Shame on you Safeway Pharmacy. DO BETTER!!!

We moved away in 2021 and at the time this was one of the best Safeway’s in the state. The bakery and deli were wonderful. We just moved back and it’s very sad to see how downhill this store went. Idk if you guys got new management in that time but this Safeway sucks now.

I have been going to this Safeway at least once a week for years, but I just can’t do it anymore. Cardboard cluttering every aisle and stuff hanging off the shelves makes it all but impossible to navigate the already pretty narrow aisles. Every square foot of floor space seems to be taken up with piles of stuff, compounding the issue and creating visibility problems when you are trying to turn out of or into an aisle. Shelves are always being stocked during the busiest times of day, entirely blocking portions of the shelves. There are never enough checkers, and the lines extend into the aisles. It’s hard to figure out where to stand when you are trying to join a line. No matter where you stand, you are in the way. The store did away with the express line, and now every time I am standing in line someone sees my full cart and asks if they can cut in front of me. Two of the last three times I have gone in I was harassed by a person who hangs out there a lot. The checker saw it happening and offered to have somebody escort me to my car, which I appreciated. But for now, I think I am probably done with this store.

I stopped in for a coffee at Starbucks. There was one guy working and 5 people in front of me. There should have been 2 people scheduled and if someone called out, someone should have been called into work. The wait was almost 10 minutes for me to order not including the wait for my $30 order. When trying to scan my stars, the clerk prossesed my Starbucks app incorrectly and I had to waist my time calling the 800# to get my stars added back to my account. It was a classic example cooperate Safeway cutting labor at the customers expense.
