  We ordered birthday cake freeze with whip, I got something different without sprinkles, also ordered raspberry mocha freeze and it was not a freeze, also got aftershock sugar free and it was not the right drink. This is the second time we stopped here at this one and have had issues, will not go here again, i will.stick to th3 federal way location.

  I am going to be so honest. I very much love this Dutch bros, so this ain’t to turn people away because typically they’re are so nice and energetic and they make your day. I was having a very bad day so I needed a pick me up before I left town and I stopped here and boy do the atmosphere feel tense. The lady was taking the order of the truck in front of us and they were laughing and talking, everything seemed normal and then she got to me and her smile vanished and she was so quick and dry with me, I was like what did I do?? You know? I had a smile on my face and I was thanking her, wanted to tip her but when she scanned my app she just walked away and didn’t say anything. I was very thrown. I pull up to the window, no hello, no smiles, she handed me my drink after I greeted and it was the wrong order. When I told her she looked at me like I was dumb and was like “well I guess we can remake it…” I apologized and she didn’t say anything. She then handed me my drink without saying anything again, no good bye no nothing. I asked for a straw and she scoffed. I was so hurt by this interaction since I was already having a bad day. Maybe she had a bad interaction before me. I looked to my mom who was next to me and asked if maybe I wasn’t kind or if I said anything that would give this reaction. My mom said I didn’t and this whole thing was just a cold interaction. I’m going to continue to come because I love this place and have faith and it always makes me feel good when I come and go from town, but hopefully this reaches the proper management? I was there today 1/25/26 at about 2pm… anyways people, this was my one interaction out of like 100 here so I just found it odd. The girls might have just had a bad day but I was hurt and I don’t want to justify anything:(

  I used to go to Starbucks all the time, but their prices and inconsistencies with drinks and prices made me very upset. I went to Dutch to try them and have found my homebase coffee shop!!! I LOVE them and absolutely ADORE EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE!!!! I tip them very, very well to show how much I appreciate their kindness and great drinks!! You will NEVER find more sweet people or great customer service anywhere else!!! Period! Oh, and don't get me started on their PUP-CUPS!!!! My dog is soooo loved there, I will NEVER go anywhere else.
