Dine in was not open and rest rooms are closed. Don’t plan for the stop if you would need to use those.

Sat 9/27- note is to management and other patrons: full time Wilmington Resident here. Came this morning at 9am to bring my two children for a requested morning treat. Young woman who took my order and rang me up was very nice. Gentleman with long hair (sorry didn’t look at name tags, guess I should) who gave me my coffee was definitely “off” - ordered a bagel with cream cheese for my 6 year old son- got all the way home and it was a crossaint sausage egg and cheese which he will not eat. So thanks for that. -called the store to inform them, and assuming there was only one gentleman on shift today, he answered the phone- and was very disingenuous in his apology and offered for me to drive back “to get my bagel” so convenient packing two children back into the car to drive back downtown to get one of my (3 items) Driveway thru wasn’t even busy when we were there. 1- if your job is too hard and you can’t get a simple order right, then leave 2 if you don’t like your job, then leave. 3 if you don’t like your customers here, then leave. 4. If you “just don’t care”, then please leave and don’t work in any other customer service based job because you give those of us that do work in the industry and care, and provide good service a bad reputation. I know there are good workers here but unfortunately I will not be returning to this location as it is not worth the gamble of quality of service. I have never had an unpleasant experience in the Brattleboro location. So I will continue there, the village roost here, or Starbucks in Bennington. “THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER”

Terrible customer service. Just wanted a black coffee. They said it wasn't brewed so I'd have to pull up front. I said I could just switch to a medium roast. Girl said no we charged you for dark roast you have to wait. So I sat out there for 10 minutes and eventually just drove away. Customer service clearly isn't a priority. Like do they charge differently for the different roasts? Just switch out my coffee so I can be on my way. Ridiculous.
