As a 100% disabled veteran, I order water, a gallon of milk, and groceries so I don't have to go to the store often. Not 2 weeks ago, I ordered most of the same items and everything was great. Today, I had 17 items on my list, including 7 gallons of Shaw's brand Spring water, which also had substitutions. However, I received no water, box soup, candy bars, or 2 small ice creams. The delivery person didn't have a bag; instead, she had a bag of rotten mandarin oranges, a bag of candy, a dirty OJ container, and a large bag of crushed chips. She gave me all of those items in one hand while holding her cellphone in the other. She said they didn't have the items, and I told her that was not true. The items I wanted most, aside from the OJ, are at Shaw's. The worst part is that free delivery ended today, and I tipped her generously. So now I will need to reorder, pay delivery fees and another tip.

Noticed also that prepacked foods are past expiration date. A check out I saw the "manager" who had to help an underage employee check out my alcohol basically roll his eyes & shrug off the use of the marker to verify the $100 bills authenticity the young one tried to hand him. Unsure I'd shop there again, being new to the area. 2 stars may be pushing it.
