I complained about this issue a few years back with the general manager that claimed he would address it. Here we are 2025, Mary C and Jeffrey Gaio same issue. They do not know their own store rules and treat customers poorly, at least customers perceived to be foreign. I'm not. Please address these issues. Customers shouldn't have to deal with discrimination because your employees are ignorant, unaware of Vermont laws, or because they don't like people from diverse cultures. This is a serious issue you are not addressing appropriately and I have brought it up several times to your managers at this store.
