    Paige went above and beyond to help with my daughter’s birthday order when I had trouble ordering online with a coupon. She greeted us with a smile, was patient, kind, and amazing, and made sure we were all set. The food for our party was very, very delicious. Thank you, Paige, for your excellent service!

    I called specifically to ask if they had any bread bowls for the pasta dishes. Wasn't an option online. They replied with "What do you want?". I asked again, "Do you have any bread bowls. They replied again with the same question and not an answer. I order the pizza and a pasta in a bread bowl, confirming I wanted the garlic on the bowl. They replied that that is how it comes. When I picked up the order there was no bread bowl. They said it was being discontinued. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I asked specifically over the phone. They played it off like no one there answered my call and they had no control over not having bread bowls when that was the entire point of me calling in the order.

    So after working a long shift I had not eaten all day and just wanted some pizza. Placed the order at 545pm. Got there at 605pm and tracker said it was done. No pizza. A employee said "just a few minutes." 630pm another employee said it "HADN'T BEEN PUT IN THE OVEN YET." I asked for my money back after all this. I guess i will get it back in 5 days. Left at 635pm in the dark with a long commute home and still starving. At no point did they apologize or seem to acknowledge my time had any value. If you are reading this, I implore you avoid this place. For me, I will be encouraging my coworkers to avoid this place.

    The brownie was hard as a brick The pizza was like something they had sitting out for the day It was cold Im not sure what the taste was but we had to trash it was not edible at all almost tasted like the smell of throw up either way I would not recommend at all huge waste of money
