  Very dirty Dunkin store . The shelf on customers side that holds cups and coffee has never been pulled out and cleaned behind as it’s disgusting behind it . The reason for this review is your employee Stan must be having a bad day but no need to take it out on a customer ! I ordered a large frozen coffee , a medium iced vanilla chai, 3 donuts and 2 pup cups , when I asked for the pup cups he said he didn’t have much whipped cream left and I said you can divide what two would take and put it in one cup , when he handed me the medium cups ( mind you my dogs can’t even get their mouths down in the cup to eat it ) anyways I asked how much they were for tue pup cups and he said I don’t know and walked off so I left . So not only horrible attitude but he lost money for you tonight too as I know the pup cups aren’t free as I’ve been charged for them before at the Walpole Dunkin’ Donuts . You should prob speak to your employees about treating customers better and also hire someone to deep clean the place !

  Drink was good. But both sandwiches were burnt and tasted horrible. I only get to go to Dunkin once a year being from Canada and this was disappointing. EDIT: went back and apparently their deliveries are coming burnt, their oven is broken, and their card reader has been broken for months. To whoever owns this place, your poor employees are dealing with this crap every day and you clearly don’t care.

  Almost every time I use my bonus points, I get charged the full price anyway. Today I converted 800 points for a hot chocolate, and got charged for it. So I lost 800 points for NOTHING!!! IM PISSED.
