  We called in a takeout order. They have taken 3 hours we called and asked for an update we didn’t get an answer until we called the 5th time.. Very unprofessional & very rude staff!! We never got our food, they never made it!! So if you want to save yourself some time go to a different Subway.

  We went to this Subway last week, an hour and a half before closing time. Food was good, service was quick. The restaurant was clean, but we were not allowed to use the bathroom… We were told it was broken. That was a bit disappointing since we were on a long day driving. We couldn’t even wash our hands…

  Staff are rude and abrupt. If you would like a customer to increase the volume of their voice, ask politely.

  Nous sommes allés le 13 sept à 2h30 pm, la fille au comptoir n'avait pas de façon, aucun sourire. Lorsqu'elle a fait le sandwich à ma fille on s'est rendu compte que le sandwich était très petit (genre 4"), elle lui a demandé si c'était bien un 6", elle a répondu que oui. On lui a fait remarquer qu'il était beaucoup plus petit que les autres mais elle n'a rien voulu entendre, demandant même à ma fille de venir couper son pain elle-même si elle n'était pas contente. Lorsque l'autre employé lui a demandé ce qu'elles devraient faire, elle lui a répondu toujours très bête de le laisser comme ça. Après que ma fille lui a dit qu'elle n'était pas contente de payer pour 6" et d'avoir seulement 4", elle lui a demander si elle avait une règle pour mesurer. On n'a jamais éte aussi mal servi dans un Subway, cette employé n'a pas sa place avec le public. On ne retournera jamais à ce Subway. We went on September 13 at 2:30 PM. The girl at the counter was impolite, didn’t smile at all. When she made the sandwich for my daughter, we realized it was very small (about 4"). My daughter asked if it was really a 6", and she replied yes. We pointed out that it was much smaller than the others, but she didn’t want to hear it and even told my daughter that if she wasn’t happy, she could come cut the bread herself. When the other employee asked her what they should do, she rudely replied to just leave it as is. After my daughter told her she wasn’t happy paying for a 6" and only getting 4", the employee asked her if she had a ruler to measure it. We’ve never been treated so poorly at a Subway. This employee should not be working with the public. We will never return to this Subway again.
