Everytime my doctor calls in a prescription I could have waited 8-10 hours for them to fill it.... But somehow when I get there the answers is always "oh it's not ready yet, give us about 10-15 minutes"
In my honest opinion that's inexcusable considering how have you taken 8-10 hours to fill it but can magically do so now all of a sudden in 10-15 mins. Sad and poor excuses.

Wrong place to go if you have serious medication needs, rare diseases or organ transplant.
My autistic son gets anti rejection medication and medication for a rare disease. He takes 27 pills a day. Never had any issues with another pharmacy until relocating to Vermont. When we first relocated here and went there, we went over everything and they were able to help and put together bubble packs for him. This lasted about 9 months. Then they moved that part of the pharmacy off site. I received a call saying that Kinney could no longer fill his medications but had it set up with another pharmacy. They referred me to a pharmacy in Morrisville called Optium. That pharmacy assured me that they were all set. 3 days before I was to pick the medicine up, that pharmacy called and said they can’t get 6 of his medications. 3 DAYS!!
I called Kinney back, very scared, and I was told “I’m sorry but you are on your own. Take him to the hospital until you find a place to fill his medication.” Not helpful!
I had less than 3 days to find a pharmacy and get his medicine before they ran out. I’m talking about life saving medications. I called around and thankfully found an amazing pharmacy in Stowe (Mountainside) that was able to help and got everything ready in less than 3 days.
Very unprofessional and uncaring in any emergency or rushed situation. Fortunately, I’m in a profession that I see 100’s of people a day and can let them know how poorly Kinney Drug treated my child.

This Pharmacy is a disgrace. The customer service is very unpleasant to deal with and the store is filthy, clean up your act or you’ll be out of business!

If I could leave a zero star rating I would.... Time and time again they never have your scripts or have them ready when they say. Hell even when you call in and 3 days later they still don’t have it. I don’t know how they operate and stay in business. They had tall shoes to fill when they took over Vincent’s and their customers. They failed miserably. If your kid needs medicine and you need it in a timely manner plan on your kid dying, it’s that bad. How hard is it to figure out what the locals have for scripts and carrying those pharmaceuticals so they have it. I’m not a pharmacist but it’s not rocket science. Not to mention all their products are cheap and dollar store quality. BRING BACK VINCENTS or even Waterbury Pharmacy where you used to get quality and polite service promptly!!
