But somehow when I get there the answers is always "oh it's not ready yet, give us about 10-15 minutes" In my honest opinion that's inexcusable considering how have you taken 8-10 hours to fill it but can magically do so now all of a sudden in 10-15 mins. Sad and poor excuses.
