- JLJessica LaughlinOct 20, 20241.0If there was a way to not mark a single star I would. We just ordered a mobile order from the Vergennes Subway. I asked for each sandwich to be toasted. They weren’t. The roll up things were flat and undercooked. I ordered and was charged for a churro that was not in the bag. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and they sent a regular chicken sandwich that was cold. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong with this.

However, the woman serving us, while very friendly, was trash talking another employee that I guess didn’t show up again and just complaining about how customers treat them. One time is fine but she keep going on and on. As someone who’s worked many years in that field, it’s number one that you don’t talk about stuff like that to customers.

The soda was warm and flat. The ice machine was not working. Disgusting. I’m never eating here again and will caution others!
