Picked up 4 prescriptions (or so she said), go into my bag, nope, not 4, just one and the inhaler chamber I said I didn’t want. So once again, can’t trust them to do their job correctly, and they can’t blame the doctor’s office on this one…
- ADAndrew Fornal (Drew)Jul 18, 20254.0Love the staff, very helpful. Miri (Mimi) and Leah are excellent pharmacists. Front end store is also helpful in a pinch. For a con: I personally think this pharmacy serves a bigger community than you'd figure which means they get a lot of scripts but have low pharmacy tech retention. They need to give better pay/benefits to attract techs - they do a lot more work than they are given credit for to be honest. Unfortunately, a lack of retention can mean long wait times on certain days but it's not really the fault of the staff, they are trying their best. So all to say, have some patience and please don't yell at these folks - if it's urgent they'll figure something out.
