- LLLi3 days ago1.0Somehow accidentally ordered online to pick up inside and when we got to the drive through we were told to come inside and pick it up. They were empty with zero line, and outside it was 40 degrees, pitch black, and drizzling. When we pulled around there were literally 3 workers inside just standing around. Then I got a McDouble SOAKED in mayonnaise. Worst location I’ve ever been to

They said that we asked for no meat but we did not and would not fix the order even though we paid full price. The other time we asked for honey mustard for our nuggets and they didn’t give us anything. They also gave and charged us for a large drink when we wanted a medium. Not happy with the night service, they need to get somone older than a teen running the place. We also have to wait FOREVER to get food even in the drive thru. We would rather take the time and go to St. Albans.

The doordash driver got there and they purposely waited to cancel my order for breakfast when I placed it at 10:04am and got confirmation of it being placed for this mcdonalds address. They continued to say that they canceled it and they "never got it" but had confirmation of it on my end. Plus doordash had it on there end. Im not impressed by this at all.
