  The worst service and pay close to the same amount and almost waited as long for your food, as if you went to a real restaurant.

  Incredibly slow. I left a hat in there on 3/18/26 w called them at 650pm a male sounding employee said he found it while on the phone with me and that he put in in the managers office. I came in on the 19th the next morning and was told it's not there however the employees I asked didn't leave their station to even look for it. Also ignoring the cash register for over 20 minutes multiple ended up walking away without getting the food they came in for.

  usually no issues but recently i don’t know what is going on kinda upset while opening my door dash order to see my food burnt and black

  Literally missing half my order like 30 dollars worth of food and customer care couldn't seem to care less if you really need to go to McDonald's definitely pick a different location that isn't gonna rip you off then ignore you. really disturbing behavior for a multi billion dollar company to be constantly ripping people off Edit : don't let their "Care" team fool you I messaged them twice and left this review its going on two weeks and not a single word like crickets absolutely ridiculous behavior their care team needs to get it together and mcdonald's needs to rein in their stores for Blatantly ripping off their customers which seems to be a common theme for this location
