  I shop here often. Nice selection of thing you would expect and a few surprises. Clean and changing inventory. Pharmacy is sumtimes backed up or delayed filling my prescription. Auto-fill not reliable 🤔😔

  The young lady I dealt with in the pharmacy was super unprofessional and rude she’s was saying things like I can read I’m not blind. And she being rude to the other young men repeatedly reprimanding them in a very inappropriate manner in front iv several people. The last three times I went in the staff I had to deal with kept giving me the incorrect count of my medication. I asked them to check to make sure they gave me the right amount and see if they had been and they hadn’t. The young man on the other side of the counter proceeded to grab the correct amount And bring it over in the lady took it from him told me to have a seat in a very rude manner and I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for the medication that was sitting there at the counter the whole time. Then when I got home to pull out my medication’s, she had rudely marked my medication’s. The women of the staff are very unprofessional. Especially at the pharmacy. And I will be filing a formal complaint.

  Always such nice staff. Everyone from the front end to the pharmacy, greets you as you walk into the store and when you leave. Pharmacy works quickly to get your script done if needed quick. Once they recieved mine 1 hours before close and still got it completed. Most other Pharmacies would have denied it until the following day. Thank you all in Springfield, VT Kinney Drugs for making my experience a pleasure 😀

  Most are very kind and helpful. But there is a young man working the register in the pharmacy that no matter how nice I am he just looks straight through you. He won't answer if you say good morning or ty have a nice day. I'm at the point of changing pharmacy. Do better apparently some one spoke to the person I spoke about and what a difference I saw yesterday. Ty so much
