That happens. Next day they tried to charge for the medication outside my daughter's insurance and was trying to act like that was okay. Today I called for a refill and the same woman I dealt with prior had a bad attitude, and has this habit of talking over you with an attitude. My husband will be the one to pick up her refill in order to avoid attitude meet attitude scenario.

But when we try to get the prescription transferred to Springfield pharmacy. They don’t answer the phone after they had been put on hold for an extended period of time. Had this issue when they were rite aid, and I see that the problem has persisted.
