I just waited 1 hour for two drinks, two donuts, and a wrap— which was originally a mobile order. I asked for help 6 times and was ignored every single time. In fact, when I asked if they could please make my chai latte with CHAI TEA INSTEAD OF COFFEE the girl with red hair who was acting like the manager (clearly still in highschool btw) told me “i don’t know ask someone else, im busy.” This same poor service happened to 4 other groups of people all who waited for at least 45 minutes, not as long as us and were still helped before us, and treated just as crappy. And the workers did not have a care in the world about any person in the building including their fellow coworkers as we watched multiple fights between them ensue. I will say, the drive through was being taken care but no shockers, BADLY considering the fact almost everyone who came in was originally in the drive through and had complaints of their own that needed to be settled inside. NEVER GO HERE, in fact I hope dunkin shuts them down because these workers are an embarrassment to their business.

This has happened many times locally and I have had it happen a number of times in three different states when I have been traveling. A donut shop that does not have a plain donut. Sad. It makes me think they are phasing them out. Dunkin - what is up?
