Unacceptable how racist and xenophobic some of your employees are. Please address this ongoing issue. It's not ok. If he doesn't like people who are diverse, don't work in a supermarket ot in anything related to customer care. He was llying and refused to look up the laws. I did on my phone and showed him. Still he lied. Another customer as well. Uacceptable in every level. And the manager who came didn't even apologize or address the issue effectively. Very disappointing, once again.
