My ribeye, although cooked medium rare, was not only served at room temperature but also charred on the outside in a way that made it terribly bitter. I normally really like burnt ends but this was awful. Its the only steak I've ever had that I didn't like. I should have sent it back but didn't want to wait for a replacement. My partner got salmon and complained it was dry. We'd got nachos as an appetizer, and it was fine but barely had any meat or beans. Overall, we waited a long time for food that made us wish we had eaten at home or ordered a burger.
