When you eat here, you realize how soulless and empty fast food is. I was shocked by how dingy the interior looks, debris all over the floor, dirty tables. You order expecting that there must be something delicious that people are willing to go there for. No- everything is just melted cheese on bread. I honestly don’t get why people eat at Panera vs just melting their own cheese at home.

Placed an online delivery order for $330 a day in advance for an important business meeting. Got an email the morning of the meeting saying they couldn’t deliver until 45 minutes after the requested time (when the meeting would be ending). I asked to pickup instead for the same time the order was placed for and was told they can’t even get it ready until 45 minutes after the original delivery time. I was forced to cancel the order. Staff was rude. I will never use Panera Bread again for any orders.

This place is utterly disgusting and I would go hungry than spend another dime here on a nasty “sandwich” that will mostly just go in the trash.
