  The pharmacy team is incredibly incompetent and failely utterly to provide a modicum of basic care. Cancelled my prescription multiple times without informing me, when I called I was placed on hold and then bumped back to the main menu. 'sorry for that issue' isn't in their vocabulary, nor is 'let's look into that,' just blank stares and absolute indifference. Go to a different pharmacy if you want a decent standard of care and predicability with your meds.

  I usually go to Kinney Drugs Store for prescriptions &.other stuff needs for many years. It is good store!

  We went there for our vaccines,. Everyone was pleasant , helpful and kind. I would say “above snd beyond”.. P.s. they deliver

  I've been going here since my mid 20's, and can't even begin to tell you how awesome this pharmacy is. Dave, Shannon (when he used to work here), and the middle aged female pharmacist w/ shorter brown hair are absolutely phenomenal. They have ALWAYS gone out of their way to look up prices (and save me as much $ as possible), go to bat for me against my own insurance, and even call my doctor's office when a refill is due, but for whatever reason I had difficulty getting ahold of my doctor myself to do the same thing. Not to mention all the times they've stayed past closing just to make sure I could pick up my medication after running late after work. As a huge supporter of small & local businesses, I must say that Kinney Drugs on Williston Road in South Burlington gives even the most cordial and welcoming local places a run for their money (and service). Their kindness, professionalism, due dilligence to serve their customers, and genuine but honest attitude regarding their pharmaceutical care always makes me forget that they are a corporate chain - and for that reason I will be a customer for another 10+ years. Thank you for everything you do, and more importantly how you always make me feel regardless of any questions, issues, or concerns I have (and to be honest sometimes they are a lot 0=). I've never once gotten off the phone w/ them or left THAT location without feeling like they've been a small town pharmacy throughout my parents or my entire life. Highly recommend!
