Very surprised with how good the restaurant smelled upon entering. BLT was fantastic, and my husband enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger. Cajun fries were also fun. Nice that toppings didn't cost extra, too. Jalapeños for the win!

    > Extremely Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience On November 1, 2025 (before 6 PM), my family and I experienced racial discrimination while ordering food at this Five Guys location. During my order — spoken entirely in English — the cashier (who was white) asked under his breath if my son “speaks English.” When confronted, he confirmed what he said. We were shocked and deeply offended. We spoke to the manager immediately, but the experience left us so disgusted that we left without eating. I reported this through the corporate feedback portal, but the response so far has been procedural and dismissive — a $100 gift card and vague references to “training.” What’s missing is a genuine apology from both corporate and the local store, and assurance that behavior like this will never happen again. This incident is not about poor customer service — it’s about racial bias that no family should ever experience in any setting, much less a national restaurant chain. I’m asking Five Guys corporate to address this issue with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.
