  This used to be my daily store but I’ll never go back, you have people that speak no English I explained my latte was wrong and he remade it with no espresso you can’t call to get a refund because their phone doesn’t work doesn’t ring or over a voicemail . I am sick and tired of this almost all stores in Vermont mess orders up.

  3rd time I have gotten a bagel from this location and it is hard as a ROCK from being left out and stale. They refuse to put ANY cream cheese on the bagels. I've wasted money the past 3 times I have been there on something so simple. Really needs a change.

  For the love of god please dont come here and please read. Waited 45 minutes while people after us got their food I finally kept saying something and eventually got my food but thats not the worst part. Bacon was raw and no hashbrown in my hashbrown wrap, on top of that i had to drive all the way back to get my order made right they gave my food back with bacon that was even more raw than the last one when i said they didnt have to give me new bacon… so i just paid for all this food and ended up throwing it away. Wasted ten dollars on food i couldnt eat…
