The latte I order is always great, if a little sloppy from overfill, but today I ordered some of the Hashbrowns with "Queso" and bacon. The "Queso" was just two slices of barely melted American Cheese pressed on top of the hashbrowns. Y'all need to try just a little harder.

- ACAnastasia CroweNov 21, 20253.0The staff are always friendly and the building is very clean. However, I have had several orders messed up or parts of the order missing. Or my bagel will be cold by the time my coffee is done or vice versa. If I place a mobile order 5 minutes ahead of time I still end up waiting 5 minutes at the shop for half of my order to be fulfilled (I dont place big orders, literally 2 or 3 items). I also believe (I know this is a corporate issue not the local branch) their food is WAY overpriced. $5 for a bagel with cream cheese that I have to spread the cream cheese myself? I can (and will in the future) go to any number of local bagel shops where bagels are made fresh each morning and have a dozen different varieties and pay much less than what Dunkin charges. I used to go to Dunkin because it was fast and cheap but as they are no longer either of those things I will be supporting local businesses from now on instead.

- AAAlanOct 18, 20251.0Ordered six donuts, they got them and get in the car to open them up and they were wrong! So I went back in to have them fixed and yet again they are wrong. All the employees complained about was that they were busy! People would much rather wait for you to take your time and get their order right the first time. Then I got treated from the only guy working there because I was telling his grandma that was working there to take her time to get my order right and he threatened to kick my ass and take me out! Shocking that there phones are not working either in order for me to contact them and get the owner of the facilities number to have a chat about his employees!
