The pinto beans were a dry mush. They claimed they were out of the honey chipotle dressing. The soda machine had no ice in it. Worst bowl I’ve ever ordered. The whole restaurant is dirty and messy. The employee at the cash register did not know how to use the cash register and apparently hadn’t heard of the salad dressing when I asked. I’ve never been to another Chipotle location where the food was so bad and old and inconsistent. Someone needs to clean house.

- ACadrien chenOct 10, 20251.0I would give this zero stars if I could. I should have read the reviews after seeing the 2.6 average rating. We came in at 8:30pm on a Friday night. First impression was not welcoming at all, they seemed bothered you entered the place. They were out of lettuce, guacamole, and limes. All of the juices were out. They had no care in telling you they were out. The establishment was so dirty. Trash all over floors, trash receptacles overflowing, and every table top was dirty. Both bathrooms were dirty, overflowing trash cans, and no toilet paper. On top of all of this, all of the employees were standing around speaking, drinking sodas, and playing little games together behind the counter. We couldn’t believe the state of the restaurant yet the employees didn’t seem to mind one bit. Management should step in sooner than later here.
