- TLTyler LafranceApr 8, 20261.0When i went to this location it wasnt open at 5am like their hours of operation that was posted right on their door said, so i was stuck waiting for 12 minutes for my order which was only a latte and a muffin! I could hear him saying something under his breath with a really crappy attitude towards me and let me remind you this was the store manager it seemed like, if your the store manager and your like this every morning why would i even want to come back to order anything with bad attitude and poor customer service?!! What a joke?!!

Three times I've had to get a cold version of my drink and each time it was made with milk instead of the oat milk I originally ordered. Just go to the other one down the road until this one gets things sorted out.
- JBJordan BlowJan 17, 20261.0This used to be my daily store but I’ll never go back, you have people that speak no English I explained my latte was wrong and he remade it with no espresso you can’t call to get a refund because their phone doesn’t work doesn’t ring or over a voicemail . I am sick and tired of this almost all stores in Vermont mess orders up.
