  I have never seen a more poorly ran Chipotle. Three times in a row I had to leave and go somewhere else. The first time, line was long with it barely moving due to lack of staff. The second time, they were temporarily closed because of an air conditioning issue, and the third time, I walk in at 5:45, and they say to me, “our line is closed until 6:15.” I will never go back. Waste of time. There is another Chipotle about 5 more minutes down the road. Although it is more of a distance from my home, I will just go the extra miles to get a better experience. Sad! Because it will mean that I will go less. Get better management Chipotle!

  This place like tryna play Fortnite on your PS4 after a week away and finding out there’s a 60 gig update. Waited over an hour for my online order along with a bus load of other victims. No notice, no explanation, just a packed dining area that felt more like an emergency department waiting room than a burrito manufacturer. I know it’s out of the workers’ hands but this location needs to get its act together.

  i love chipotle, always have, and have been to MANY locations over the years. this one is the only one that is somewhat consistently disappointing, which sucks considering it is one of two in the area. they are almost always out of something and the staff are very hit or miss in terms of service quality. tonight, the staff member who served us was straight up rude, the chicken was weird and rubbery and overcooked. i keep going back thinking and hoping it will be better, and sometimes it is, but tonight was a huge disappointment

  Always dirty… wipe the tables at least. This place is always out of things like how do you not know how much to order veggie wise. If you always run out of peppers and onions you should know to order more it’s common sense. Peppers and onions will not go bad overnight in a raw state, unlike avocados, and if you have extra great. You should not be out of anything before 5:00 around closing yes, I understand you stop making things at certain times as not to waste food. Also, keep your line clean it was a mess. Food was everywhere and all over the counters and I am sure the floors were worse. Honestly I left without ordering.

  Was waiting in line to order food when an employee came from behind the counter and told half the line to leave. They apparently didnt have enough people for the "work" so they decided to kick us out and we were told to order online. No warning just wasting time in line hungry then told to leave. This is not how you do business. You could have closed the door and served the people we were waiting in line.
