Didn't receive any plastic-ware or napkins with the order. Also put everything in a bag and not on a tray we were eating in. Also in the time we were there the one running the cash registers weren't completing other people's orders either and others had to go up to the counter to get what they had ordered. Fast food is supposed to be fast not wait 20 minutes to eat. It seems to me like drive-thru and online orders are priority and the ones that want to eat in are dealt with last. So I guess lazy people get order and served first.

Decided to give it a try again and still hadn’t changed there was only a handful of customers in the restaurant and most were standing around waiting for their orders. I went up to the counter to order and the girl at the counter said it will be a minute and then disappeared to the back of the kitchen. After waiting 10 minutes and none of the people waiting for their food had got their food and the girl taking orders still no reappearing I left. Will not go back to this restaurant again. Never saw such horrible service.
