They are the ONLY pharmacy in this community and on the day when people aren’t working they close the entire department midday. I don’t want to hear about staff shortages. That’s not my concern. I’m not the company that made an estimated amount of 500 million to 1 billion revenue .

When you complain, they whine about being understaffed and tell you to complain to the corporate office. I had a vax appointment and the pharmacist couldn't say how much longer it would be, and it was already 20 mins after the scheduled time. It wasn't even that busy inside. Just the drive thru had a line. Goto Walgreens in Lyndonville if you can make the trip.
