  Definitely need more pharmacist, as they only have 1 apparently so when this person goes on lunch people are having to wait 30 minutes plus because no one else here can apparently give you cautions and procedures with your medications. Definitely should go else where if you’re in any kind of rush! Wow 😮 pharmacist came back yelled at me and told me it’s a law I have to be here. When all I asked was why we had to wait 30 mins when we didn’t get any information about the medication anyways. Store itself is great though! Unfortunately will never come back to this pharmacy again though so glad I don’t have to use it regularly feel bad for the people that do!

  I went there after an ER appointment. The respiratory therapist tested my inhaler. He said it was a dud. I explained I had 2 other ones that were the same so I threw them out. I asked at Kinney Drugs to have it replaced. I was told they couldn’t because I only purchased it six days ago. When I tried to explain about the possible bad batch she asked me to sit down. After a while another woman came and told me they could only fill the replacement inhaler script if I paid $85 cash. I said I don’t care, I still want it. Then I tried to explain about the possible bad batch I wanted to report. She replied”well I haven’t had complaints from any other people.” No concern, no compassion and no caring about other folks who may have been suffering for months as I had, and may still be suffering . .
