- JPJacob PinardDec 18, 20231.0Terrible service lately in the pharmacy…use to be able count on them within 30 mins after being called in. 3 times now it’s sorry we are under staffed or sorry it’ll be another 45 mins. It’s great if you live close by or don’t have kids you have to bring back out and drive to the store. This time was 2.5 hours later finally filled. Definitely done using this pharmacy.
- KMKay MarieJul 22, 20231.0Definitely need more pharmacist, as they only have 1 apparently so when this person goes on lunch people are having to wait 30 minutes plus because no one else here can apparently give you cautions and procedures with your medications. Definitely should go else where if you’re in any kind of rush! Wow 😮 pharmacist came back yelled at me and told me it’s a law I have to be here. When all I asked was why we had to wait 30 mins when we didn’t get any information about the medication anyways. Store itself is great though! Unfortunately will never come back to this pharmacy again though so glad I don’t have to use it regularly feel bad for the people that do!

We went the next day and they told him that the doctors office didn’t send over the prescription at all. So he called the doctor and she said they definitely received it because she sent it over DAYS ago. Ridiculous that a diabetic can’t get the insulin he needs and now the doctor sent an urgent request over to a different pharmacy. Switching pharmacies from here on out.
