  as a door dasher this is often the quickest way i can get a drink between dashes. i ushally get chicken nuggets or something but im 8 months pregnant with high blood pressure, gestational diabetes and anemia. i just got a water. i got treated disrespectful told I was holding up the line and there was no one in line behind me not a single person. I said that's absolutely pathetic to cry about water and the lady at the window was like excuse me and I was like you heard me don't be rude to me. Well I called back because it's just absolutely disgusting the way I was treated now mind you part of my issue with my pregnancy is I ate too much at McDonald's because I'm always outdoordashing so I've spent hundreds of dollars in the last year at that place if not thousands. seems to be this is the only mcdonald's that has a non stop attitude issue and even when you go into order your water or order your food or even pick up a doordash you are blatantly ignored so maybe if they did their jobs people would want to come in. glad i didnt spend any money. And if that type of behavior continues I don't think I'll even be donating to the Run of McDonald's house anymore! run like trash.

  Spent 20 mins waiting for my food they had me pull ahead and wait and took 20 mins to bring . I tried to contact owner aboutthis like he asked but cant seem to talk to anyone or get threw process on sight he sends me to.so they make such a process to contact that u cant .if u want me contact send a email or ph number and ill gladly contact.

  I’d like to preface this by saying I never leave bad reviews because I genuinely don’t think it’s worth it, but today I witnessed the most unbelievable interaction. I went in to grab a small bite on my lunch break. While waiting for it to come out I heard the manager (I’m told it’s Jamie) tell the employees that from 11-2 they are not allowed to leave their stations to use the restroom until lunch. When a few of the employees contested this, she then said multiple times she got confirmation from the higher ups that this was okayed. It’s OKAY that she won’t let them use the restroom. Thats quite literally an OHSHA violation. I also work in fast food part time right down the road and that would NEVER be tolerated. I’m also hearing from multiple people she’s rude to employees and customers all the time and has gotten in trouble on many different occasions. This will be reported seeing as it’s a legal right, not a privilege to use the restroom.

  Firstly I was unaware that when you place an online order it does not get made until you arive at the window. I accidentally arrived 5 mins past 10:30 (end of breakfast) and was told I could no longer recieve my breakfast order as they had transferred to lunch. We were then offered to get our coffees still, and we accepted. As we got to the second window we were again confronted they couldnt do our order, which we stated we were only supposed to get our coffees. The young blonde looked confused, so we just said we will take the whole refund instead since we had already planned to get breakfast elsewhere. The girl then looked at us blankly and stated "then bye" and told us the whole thing would be refunded. Proceeded to slam the drive thru window closed and turn to complain and be frustrated throwing her hands up with her coworkers standing beside her. Very rude and unprofessional, not a good experience after already being told we could recieve our whole order. I also question why the full order was proceeded through the system, if we were only to recieve the coffees. Makes me question if they were trying to collect the money of the whole order but only giving us the coffees. Makes me uncomfortable and makes them see untrustworthy and not nice people. Ive never had issues with the crew at night.
