- CCColbyJul 12, 20254.0The food was as expected, but the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. 3 employees were working at the same time, possibly training the one making my sandwich. This was the longest I have ever waited for a sandwich that is on their menu. I noticed early on that the lettuce container was empty. So I asked the guys, who were just standing and watching this girl make my sandwich, if they had more lettuce, to which they both replied yes, but neither one went for it. Finally, the girl gets my meat and cheese prepped on my bread, it had to be warmed up, and then all I wanted was lettuce and onions (I was getting a club/melt), but the lettuce bin was of course empty. So she asked the guys where to find it, and they both watched as she went to the back to get it. After the sandwich was completely made, wrapping it up became another issue. I walked out with an oddly wrapped sandwich with loads of Subway stickers holding it together, and I was just relieved to be done with them (after 20+ minutes). I grew up with Subway sandwiches nearly every Tuesday (for the "Two for Tuesdays" BOGO deal), and I never experienced this type of service. With all that said, I may still go back there since they are the closest Subway to my new home.

We had two subs total so it’s not like it was a lot of food and they said they had a rush of people but they had two staff on. To me they showed absolutely no consideration for the customer or the “subway standard”. I will be telling others not to go here and hopefully the slower business will speed up their service times.
