Recently had surgery and had to transfer prescriptions to the Lyndonville location for my daughter to pick up since I can’t drive. The experience in Lyndonville has been so unpleasant that I can’t wait to get back to Newport. You really don’t realize just how thankful you are for something as simple as picking up prescriptions until you’ve had a miserable experience somewhere else. THANK YOU for great customer service and pharmacist that go out of their way to make sure you have what you need!

They say it is a Vermont policy. If it is this policy makes no sense . They should have a rotating schedule so there is always someone at the pharmacy to get out meds.
