It’s one thing to be young and learning. It’s different when you’re older with experience and prefer to argue about something petty. It would be a whole lot easier to appease the customer over something minor. Everyone is happy that way. Using words “rule of thumb” to a customer doesn’t come across as ethical. I don’t work there, I don't need to be reprimanded. The hotline is down so I cant fix the problem. It’s as though they want to put up a fight. Just gross.
