  My son and I ordered the new archer burger. After standing at the counter for good 10-15 minutes to be waited on the fries were cold. The burgers were salty there wasn’t A lot of sauce on the burgers my son‘s burger was burnt. It was the worst experience ever..

  Food is up to par with mcd but the worker Evan I believe his name is powertrips more than any management worker I’ve ever seen.

  Pretty slow with DoorDash orders. I’d give five stars if it wasn’t for that. They’ll take an hour to confirm an order. They either need more people or to pay attention to their DoorDash orders a wee bit better. The people are always sweet to me and they very rarely get my order wrong. When they do they fix it right away and are kind about it as well!

  I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. While trying to place my order, Lacey was incredibly rude. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. It made the whole process frustrating and unpleasant. Honestly, this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience with her. If she's that unhappy working there, maybe she should consider finding a different job. I hope management addresses this, as it significantly impacts the customer experience.
