She went above and beyond to help my husband and I with something that was not clinically urgent but urgent to us. She treated it like the emergent situation we felt it was and made several calls through the whole day And kept me updated through the whole thing. She really is a gem and is a great model for what a pharmacist should be. Hold on to her Kinneys!!

I called at 4:45 pm to see if it was possible to get it this evening. I was hoping to get the inhaler. The pharmacist said he’d have it ready in 20 minutes. I know the pharmacy can be busy and usually might be the next day to fill prescriptions Really appreciate the quick turnaround thanks.

Especially since I live in Hardwick and the Walgreens here is trash, but lately this Kinney has had random pharmacy closings when they're supposed to be open. This means I wasted 45 minutes every time this happens, and still don't have my prescription. I shouldn't have to call and verify that you're open when you have advertised hours. Do better.
