This establishment ASTOUNDS me with how disrespectfully these Dunkin employees treat customers and each other. Your order will take a minimum of 30 minutes despite ordering online. The floor is covered in grime and your drink will never come out right despite its simplicity. The contamination of EVERYTHING is disgusting and I will never be returning to this establishment or any other Dunkin ever again.

After standing at the counter for 10 minutes, un-acknowledged by the dark haired lady with face piercings, who was mumbling and cursing under her breath I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was serving the counter. In response, I got yelled at and told I need to be patient, with the F bomb dropped again under her breath, but loud enough for all to hear. I turned and walked out, won’t be returning and I’m sure she doesn’t care. I know places get busy but when you’re serving the public all you need to do is smile and say “we’re very busy, but I’ll be with you in just a moment.” I don’t care how hard it is to find people to work, if that woman worked for me she would be fired. She is definitely chasing away more customers than she’s bringing back.

Don’t waste your time on ordering ahead on the app… it still won’t be ready when you get there. Even if you chose a time 30 minutes out. As a former Dunkin’ Assistant Manager, this location needs help.

Seems like a lie because they have more employees behind the counter than any other Dunkin I have been to. This place is pure chaos.
