  Place needs new employment. Definitely dont stop in for coffee if your in a rush. Better off to go next door to Cumberland farms and make your own by the time they decide to take your order from the drive thru. Everyday its the same thing. Lazy

  I walked in today to get my usual order and happened to catch a customer being quite vocally hostile with one of the employees. The altercation (from my limited understanding) was based on the customer not being able to order something that was discontinued, as someone who has worked in the service industry, I've dealt with these types of customers before and remaining level headed like the employee did is a difficult task. I usually am not one to write reviews but the angry customer said something to the effect of "you're getting a one star review" so I figured I'd counteract it, I don't see said one star review but I'm still leaving this here just in case that review eventually is made (although I imagine its an empty threat)

  The individual who took my order was rather rude when I asked for an addition to my order, and continued to just say "na. Nope" with a very unwelcoming tone. when I tried to understand why he interrupted me and said "we discontinued that" which is something he could have mentioned when I first asked for it. When I got up to the service window and said that he needed to work on his customer service and called him out for being rude he said "I am rude? Quite ironic isn't it." As though I was the rude one for asking for clarification. All this while I'm front of the manager who said or did nothing. The person who took my order just said "well, I don't think we was rude.." and pushed me on my way. I'm not saying this is a bad Dunkin, but they should at least address this issue.

  This is absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning. To start, ALL of you need a new job. It’s clear you hate it, along with your life. Ordered a medium frozen chocolate with NO whipped cream NO chocolate drizzle. Rude lady pops out of the window and just says, “Do you want me to fix it?” so it’s obviously returned. Gives it back and gets called out because all they did was dump it into another cup and make a horrid attempt to rid the drizzle, which was still all over the cup and now the drink had depleted. After being called out she admits to just dumping it back in the cup and ASKS if we want it re-made? Said no and left. Absolutely horrible.
