- APAbigail PageAug 16, 20241.07 HOURS for a prescription. Never even verified it was in stock until I showed up 6 hours after it was called in - they then verified in front of me & proceeded to tell me to come back in an hour. I come back in an hour & they’re just barely finishing up at 6:30 at night with no customers in store or drive thru. First & last time I’ll use this pharmacy. P.S. your pharmacist (older lady with glasses & dark hair) was blatantly rude to staff in front of customers & had little to no customer service at all. After reading other reviews it’s clear your need the staff more than you care about how your customers are treated. Will only ever recommend AVOIDING this pharmacy at all costs. Back to traveling to Kinneys in Essex where they have their stuff together.
