Idk if management has changed or what but the last 6+ months the wait in the drive through, or even ordering ahead and picking up in store has been horrendous. The last two months I have driven to Essex to go to Starbucks because they’re fast and reliable every single time. I gave this Dunkins a shot this morning, and I had to leave because after 25 minutes of ordering one coffee, it wasn’t done and they couldn’t find my order and litterally no one would help me and make my coffee, and got attitude along with it. I will never go back to this Dunkins. Corporate needs to do something about this location. There seems to be absolutely no organization or management in site, it’s a free for all.
