  I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. When I arrived, I said ‘hi’ multiple times before anyone responded. When someone finally answered, the interaction felt rushed. At the pickup window, the employee spoke to me in a rude tone and seemed upset that I had tried to get their attention earlier. Not only today, every day when I order something I’ve noticed that the employee at the order window consistently speaks in a harsh or unfriendly tone, which makes customers feel uncomfortable I understand it can get busy, but customers should still be treated with respect. I hope management looks into improving customer service.

  I ordered an iced coffee, when we pulled up to the window I was handed a hot coffee and asked for it to be remade. The person at the window said yes however obviously did not remake it. They took the hot coffee and poured it over some ice cubes, gave me the most watered down coffee back. I think it probably took longer to do that than just remake it. The picture was 20 minutes after I got it, no ice just water.

  1/2 hour wait and there were 2 cars in front of me when I pulled out of line. One employee came outside to take 2 cigarette breaks while I was in line.

  This Dunkin is my usual breakfast spot on days I head into the office. I use the drive through, but this past weekend on 4/11 it was my birthday and I took my daughter inside to get whatever we wanted for a treat. The insanity I was met with was unmatched. My daughter and I sat waiting for our order for nearly an hour after waiting 15 minutes for our order to even be taken. Why give a 5 star rating? The service and the kindness the people working provided while being faced with I think literally over a hundred orders and a very childish man crawling in through the drive through window shouting at employees and blocking up the drive through for everyone else was really outstanding. Hundred of orders, grumpy customers (understandably I suppose), a man child, NO MANAGER ON SITE, and endless chaos for over an hour and these employees kept their cool the entire time and still got nearly every order right with politeness and smiles on their faces. A HUGE shoutout to them— they’re under appreciated for sure. Shame on the manager for leaving them in a lurch. Give these people a bonus, a raise, a vacation, and a nap!! Good work, Milton Dunkin!!

  Shout out to the one girl working the counter in the morning. Who's the management responsible for having 1 person to work the drive though at 7am...?35 min wait for Dunkin is crazy. Shame on them. Good job to the girl for doing her best.
