Person said "be with you in a minute" after 15 minutes I said hello and again they said "sorry just a minute". Either close the drive up or tell people it will be a 30 minute wait. Ended up leaving without even ordering. Ridiculous!

Don’t order online cause there’s above 50% chance you won’t get your food at all and you’ll have to reach out to customer service for a refund. You can’t park to go in because the drive thru line blocks the parking lot. Have been almost hit many times by people trying to pull out of the parking lot while the people in the drive thru line struggle to move out of the way. Finally gave up on this place, would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the New Haven location. They need to shut down until they can figure out the staffing situation. Why is McDonalds in Midd so well staffed and this Dunkin’s can’t find anyone to work other than Superhero Stephen who is the only good thing about this location. Promote him and replace the rest.

- PWPaige WilliamsonOct 18, 20251.0trust these other reviews and go anywhere but the middlebury dunkin. expect to wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru even if you ordered online. i placed a $30 order on the app and when i finally got to the window they told me they didn’t get it. did not attempt to refund me. i had to reach out to dunkin customer service, who told me they would reach out to this location. never heard from them again. goodbye to my $30 and my sanity. save yourself and go to the new haven location
