There was a lady named Sydney (spelling may be off) making my sandwich today and she made my boyfriend's sandwich exactly as we asked! My boyfriend really likes black olives on his sandwich so he always tells whomever is making it to put on extra and she really delivered! Plus she was super nice and answered all of our questions! Absolutely hope we get to see her again here.

There was only one other patron in the place and he was already seated and eating. There were two employees. They were working on an online order of 9 sandwiches. They would not take our order until the online order was completed and they had only one sandwich of nine completed. Not happy that one of the employees could not take our order and that it took both of them to make the remaining 8 sandwiches of the online order. Not only would they not take our order, but told us that it would only be a few minutes, which was clearly untrue as they had 8 more sandwiches to make. Customer service skills lacking!!
