I am seriously just so mind blown at how unhelpful their team members are. Like I AM LITERALLY PROVIDING THE MONEY THAT GOES TO YOUR PAYCHECK SO HOW ABOUT TRAINING YOUR STAFF MEMBERS TO BE HELPFUL INSTEAD OF SAYING "I DON'T KNOW" OR "I CAN'T HELP YOU"
