- JBJulia BuffoJul 25, 20224.0This Kinney drugs is very good, especially when it comes to pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable, patient, clear. They will always go the extra mile to help you. I had to refill a prescription emergently and despite it being busy they had it done in an hour. Good and thorough consults. A word of warning. If you come mid day or during rush hour you will be waiting in line at the pharmacy. They only have so much staff. The front end staff are a little less friendly, seem unhappy, distracted. I'm sure that has more to do with management probably under paying them and treating them poorly. Unfortunately that is everywhere so I don't typically hold that against them.
