I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:45 PM, well before the posted closing time of 12:00 AM. Unfortunately, I was told the kitchen was already closed and only Uber Eats and DoorDash orders were being accepted. As a customer who drove over 30 minutes to get there, this was very disappointing. If the kitchen closes earlier than advertised, the hours should be updated to reflect that — maybe 11:30 PM instead of midnight — so customers don’t waste time and fuel. Please consider adjusting your schedule or policies to better serve in-person customers.
