Food was cold and not very Wendys like (usually good). Overheard manager scream to staff to "go and wash your hands" as I was about to take a bite...I cant make this up. One of the staff confronted someone (screamed at them) for looking at them a certain way in the dining area. They didnt appear to know each other. Uncomfortable experience. Unfortunate because last time I visited, yes awhile back (6 years ago), my experience was actually good.
