  Food and service was okay . However the second you walk through the door expecting to smell fries and burgers your nose is met with the smell of urine and feces from the bathrooms heat set to 109° . Tried to just go pee and had to turn around due to the intensity of the heat combined with the poor upkeep. It was comparable to being left in a car with the defroster set to high cooking your eyes !

  My experience at McDonald’s was unacceptable. The employee who took my order was consistently rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated by simple questions about the menu and my drink. I’ve encountered her multiple times and the attitude never improves. I personally work in customer service and have for five years, and this behavior is completely unacceptable. She has a star tattoo behind her ear, so she should be easy to identify. Management seriously needs to address this ongoing issue.

  Went for some quick food around 9:50pm. Got a 20 pc, Large fry, & Caramel frappe for 2 people to share. The lady at the window was rude with no customer service at all and these nuggets are genuinely hard as a rock. They had to have sat for a while or something this is disgusting.

  Went through the drive through. Stated my order. "Im sorry what did you want". Said my order again. Get to window 1. Young person took my payment. Window 2, can I pull ahead theyre waiting on hashbrowns. They bring out my order and Im missing a sandwich. I was 1 of two people in the drive through also. The other car was also waiting. I go back through the drive thru and said I ordered such and such and im missing a sandwich. "What was that". Stated it again. "Pull up to window 1". I pull up she says did I have this order I said yes and she said I only charged you for one. Get off your phone and do your job! She was under 18 and clearly sucks at staying focused with a cellphone around. The intercom was functioning properly so it wasnt due to lack of working equipment. Not impressed. EDIT: 1/7/26 Also I filled out their online form they posted below this review and guess what not a single chirp from them since.

  Ordered some fries and got a container of salt with a side of fries. Literally had giant flakes of salt fall out the holes in the bottom of the container
