CHLOE is a phenomenal, very talented decorator. She not only met my expectations but exceeded them by having such a neat hand, and offering more decorative touches. I held a “Winnie the Pooh” themed baby shower this weekend. Not only was I happy, so were the parents. The look of awe on mama’s face was priceless.
