They work anxiously in fear - that will NEVER help your business. If you want to be staffed reliably, have minimal mistakes on orders and better reviews, management needs to be replaced. Threatening to call cops on an employee if they show to a shift because she had to leave to get her child? So she quit? There are posts on social media AT LEAST once a week regarding this manager. Ive witnessed the turn over rate - you have a problem with your management. It needs to be fixed and addressed. It's cruel and I'm sick of it.
- DWDevin WestOct 10, 20251.0Went to dunkin today to get a Latte and some food and i asked for cold foam on both my drinks, but when i get to the window the gave me my drinks without cold foam and when i tell them i ordered it with cold foam they tell me they’ll have to charge me again. why should i have to pay for there mistakes and instead of them telling me they’ll make it the way i asked for it they tell me they are charging me extra for it and that they don’t like our attitude. then they only give us one drink and try to make us leave without giving us all are things we paid for. Worse Customer service out there. Hope you know i Know your Boss an i’m good friends with them so if you want to be rude to your customer and have a crappy attitude we’ll see how long you stay there.

We were denied drive through service because they were too busy chatting in the back room and when we politely knocked on the window to get someone's attention, she instantly told us to leave. The person in front of us must have waited too long because they left without there order.
