- AKAmber KennettAug 21, 20253.0Normally love this place, never had a complaint but today there was one woman who was so rude and wasn't listening to me or my husband when we did our orders then was talking crap under her breath about us to her coworker. Props to the younger coworker for patiently fixing that womans mistakes for us. Then I get stale bread and luckily a 3rd woman was willing to fix it for me. Parts were still stale on the remake but I understabd end of day but maybe check if your bread is solid and crunchy before you give it to a customer. The first make tasted like old bread and fell apart. I'm not normally picky but between it being my bday and being 7.5 months pregnant I wasn't willing to tolerate subpar food or an attitude because you can't listen to specific order instructions. Take accountability for your mistakes. I've been in customer service for a decade and that was not how you treat someone over your mistake. If I see that first girl there again I may just skip eating there entirely that attitude was not ok.

I brought my employees in during the hottest time of the year and she took all of there orders. They don’t speak English very well and was amazed how somebody so young was so patient and friendly instead of getting frustrated and bothered. I hope her or her boss sees this! Amazing!
